NART Capital Development A.Ṣ. was established in 2022 by bringing together a team with thirty years of expertise and international experience in financial operations, independent auditing, financial management, financial planning and consultancy under one roof.
The main field of activity is the planning, organization and implementation of classical finance and today's digital operation-based modern finance techniques, methods and tools, specific to each institution and qualification, regarding funding, debt management, acquisition and merger, and listing on local and international stock exchanges.
